Sunnyside, WA | 18.4R46 or 20.8R42 rears generally match up with 16.9r30 or 14.9R34, or at least the rolling circumference is pretty similar. If it has 16.9R30's on the front, I would think you could switch them out to 14.9R34's and be fine. Here's a link to Michelin's website with common tires and the rolling circumference of each:
