How is shank angle measured on a chisel plow/air seeder shank. Is it measured from the ground or from an imaginary line perpendicular to the ground. Our CaseIH chisel plow is considered a 43degree shank. Will the shovel sit flatter to the ground than on a 50 degree shank?
