Boy this is an old post that came back alive. That truck is long gone and so is the one after it. Second one did the same thing. You can peel back the cover against the firewall and hose it out. On my service truck, F450, it was going to be a big deal. Took my Dremel and cut out a square, sprayed coil cleaner, hosed, and fixed a new cover over the hole. Like it ought to be for cleaning.
