Got a new 570, 3 others were sold in area , all had same problem. Make sure your needles clear the gear that twists the billhook. Mine and others chewed up the gear after 2000 bales. Also make sure the arm that sweeps the knot off the billhook is free of any rough edges ,a file will smooth it off.
