Northern Illinois | Tony B: As of yesterday Farmworks has not fixed their problem reading the Insight. My 2008 harvest records with Farmworks show my yields 4 to 6 percent less than what my correctly calibrated Insight showed. Also the Farmworks records show 4 to 6 percent fewer acres than the Insight and what is actually in the field.
When I asked Farmworks if they read flow meters from an Insight the same way as they do harvest flow rates, Farmworks' response yesterday was they didn't know.
If Scott is like me, he wants a 100 acre field to show 100 acres and 130 lbs of nitrogen to show as 130 lbs of nitrogen on his reports, The problem is with Farmworks not begin able to read the Insight files correctly. I have been using Farmworks for five years, but they are not keeping up with my needs.
