Used to sell all my old sows after I fattened them up. Made some easy money that way.Mostly corn.They always went to Jimmy Dean at a premium price. Fat sows make sweet sausage was what I was told by the commision house. They wanted them to be 600# or better. Wasn't unusual to top the fat hog market even . That was 20 years ago though.
Whole sow sausage????????
