If your wanting maximum grazing for that many head on just a couple of acres I would plant a sorghum sudan grass of some kind. Of course this would have to be replanted each year.Would not work if your wanting permanent pasture though. Stuff is hard to beat for shear tonnage and abuse such as overgrazing.
