I've always just used a galvanized tub filled with warm water. Gets the little guys body temperature up the fastest. Of course you've got to hang on to him until he warms up. Then I take a hair dryer and towels to dry him off. By far the fastest I've found, and usually at that time it's important to get him back to momma.
Need some advice on a calf warmer...
