Increased repeatability. The fact that our farm has 3 recievers and will likely add a 4th if a pending deal proceeds, that one of my cousins has 2 recievers and another has 1. Between all of us, the setup costs of an RTK tower would be minimal on my cousins elevator in town. The epensive costs would be the $4200 / reciever to make them RTK capable, but then you save $800 per reciever per year since a 6 month subscription isn't quite long enough for our seasons. Both cousins are already doing strip-till, and we have plans to next year, especially so if the forementioned pending deal goes through. The new 12-mile radius with a center in our hometown will cover all of our land.

We've been kind of pushing it off waiting to see what's going to be happening with these CORS stations, but they don't seem to be progressing in our area.
