Could the GS2 work as a spray controller also in a hagie 284 w/raven monitor. For autoswath boom section shutoff?

I've been trying to decide what to do w/my 8330 auto steer ready. Thinking about insight vs gs2 vs mojortk for steering. Why would gs2 run that much if the tractor is already auto steer ready?
