Yeah, I like the idea of being in a warm cab with a comfortable seat, add to that a stereo system for entertainment over long hours.  Hey, with the laptop and cell phone internet, you can even keep up with postings at New Ag Talk!

An advantage is that a 4 wheeler can run all day for me over about 400 acres, two farms, 12 fields, 35 or so samples on 2.5 gallons of gas; my pickup in the field drinks a lot more than that.  When I get the picup stuck, I lose two hours; when I get the 4 wheeler stuck, I get off and wrestle with it for about twenty minutes and get out.
