I agree Mike. Are you running NIR or Wet analysis on the hay? I run all wet analysis on my hay, but I have found that Dairy One's NIR is one of the better and more reliable ones out there. A local NIR lab that is run by a feed mill is never consistent and has terrible results (wonder if they are trying to sell feed?) Its funny to me how all of the nutrionists know about it and yet many dairies still use this lab.
