Oconee, Clarke, and other counties in N.E. Ga. have all enacted 24-7 water bans. Not even landscapers can water new plantings. Went out to eat last night and the restaurant was serving tea in paper cups to keep from running the dish washer so much. The authorities say there is about six weeks of water left in the resevoirs.
