Slicker than a Yes album.
I wondered about that too. One of the ones we deliver to had a "cyclone" system put in. As the vacuum sucks out the sample, they dump the previous sample into the airstream and blows it back into your truck. I have also seen elevators that don't sample right away, they dump a garbage can of sample corn everyday. Haven't done the math, but I guess it would be easy money. Are elevators limited on the amount they can probe? I've never thought to ask that question.

As far as scales go, I'd rather see two unless you dump right at the scale. One for loaded, one for empty. I can think of several places in the area that have gone that way. The best is the dump that has a scale built right into it. Pull on, dump, get your ticket and go.
