I have 27 acres of buckwheat I have planted for the first time, right now the seed is brown and dry and the plants are green. Do you combine, swath , spray or wait for frost to get it. I do have a 25 foot Macdon header on my combine I could swath with it. Do you put that much in a windrow or do I dump a windrow on each side of the head, how long should it lay there?
