We don't have a Farm Fans dealer anywhere close to us so I call the factory and have gotten excellant support from them. They have always walked me through my problems and gotten me up and running. Wish I had that kind of support on all my other stuff. Last parts I got came from GSI --Think they are pretty much one company now but am not 100% sure. I'll stick with Farm Fans.
