McLeod County Minnesota | My GSI is getting to be 10 years old and I am still impressed with the machine and the service I get from GSI. For example, one Sunday afternoon the dryer quit for no apparent reason so I put in a phone call to the GSI factory. After a few rings one of the engineers answered the phone. The background noise sounded like a bowling alley. He told me what was wrong and what I could do to get it running until I could get the local guy to install a new component. Any company that puts an engineer on call to answer customer questions when he is taking time off to be with his family is top notch in my book. | |
