Jefferson Co. Florida | We grow 700 acres of grain sorghum in North Florida and store all of it in bins. We sell it locally for quail plantations so we sell it through out the year. We are still selling last years crop, the drought this year delayed our sorghum planting so our new crop is late. It will cake some, but we dry it to 13.5 or lower and keep it blown and it stores just as good as corn without the weevil damage.
