Southern Ab | Anybody else get sinkholes? This is the 5th in 6 years in this 10 acre area. I had 2 show up this year. I saw the first one and cut around it but the 2nd was quite a surprise. No damage to the swather.
Usually they are 10' in dia. and 7-8' deep. this one is bell shaped with a smaller opening but still about 9' dia underneath. I filled the last one with 20 yds of pitrun gravel and that disapeared over winter. I filled it with clay that spring and it hasn't settled anymore. | |
