Brinkley, Arkansas | Wheat acres will be up considerably in the south. Lots of people, myself included, are switching some acres from high input crops such as cotton and rice into double crop wheat/beans. I wouldn't say seed is hard to come by YET but its getting harder to find certain varieties and the price seems to get higher daily. We're going from zero acres 2 years ago up to 1500 for this coming year. | |
