Berlin, Germany | now I have not a internet resource at hand only can refer to a very good book, basic on the interrelationships and explaining what which nutrient does in the plant. Try to get hold, or try to borrow at a University AG libary the book of:
Prof. W. Bergmann
"Nutrient deficiencies in higher plants" (spelling)
printed in 1992, but out of print and only available through antique.
Also you can read in the Marschner or Marchner book about nutrition on plants this. It's a basic general rule that most nutrients are not moved downwards.
I know that most agronomist are not telling this and most are even not using tissue samples to check if it worked what the did. It's facinating to check the efficiency of foliar feeding.
Try also to find the "Mineral Wheel" on the internet, this will help you to understand a lot of basic relationships.
