If the driver got out, no one got hurt. A combine, no matter how nice, is nothing but a pile of iron-no blood, no soul. It can be replaced. You may bicker with insurance, or be slightly delayed, but those are just bumps in the road. People can't be replaced.
Insurance may buy you a better machine. I'm guessing it will have a fire extinguisher.
