Interesting website. My county, Haywood, is in the center of the 25% to 50% of normal area in central in west TN.

We have been shelling dryland corn planted before the freeze (3/24 thru 4/3) and saved (20K to 21K plants per acre) that has averaged 85 BPA, corn that was re-planted after the freeze (4/18) averaged 100 BPA, and today we began harvesting one of the two farms irrigated with a center pivot and it is averaging 145 BPA.

My father always said, "Dick, there is no substitute for water." And, again, he was right.
