You can look at several different graphs. From just today to over the past year.
Here in far west Ky right next to the Mississippi River in Fulton County from Jan. til Aug. 30 we have observed 10 to 15 inches of rain according to the graph. If you click on the state of Tenn. (for better view of our area in Fulton County), there are 2 light colored green dots in West. Ky and we are right in the middle of the furthest left green dot. Normal precipitation is 30 to 35 inches for the year. Departure from normal is negative 20 inches plus. The percent of normal is 25 to 50% of normal. For my location.
