No CoRon or Sidewinder, and I believe about 10% of what chem reps tell me. Crop scouts are telling me that all the Headline applied to corn this year will do little for pocketbooks this year, in our area. It seems to have helped hold corn leaf disease for a short while, around 2 weeks, but now it's hard to find a difference.

However, I did a three strip "cocktail" in some of my beans. Each strip covered around 3-4 acres in the field.

We've used foliar fert on beans in past years with mixed, but generally positive results. The whole plot area got that.

Next was Headline, a full rate, tank mixed with the foliar fert.

The last strip included Asana. This strip was the "cocktail" of all three, foliar fert, Headline, and Asana.

Can't tell a difference in any of the strips right now but our beans haven't started to turn yet, so can't gauge maturity difference. We'll let the combine tell me what was the best.

Dave
