Subject: Trimble hookup questions

SC Wisconsin
I am trying to use a recently acquired Trimble Pathfinder Pro XR GPS receiver (not positive on the model - PN 38073-11) with Sitemate v10.x and SST Stratus. I had been using a Trimble 122 and other receivers without a hitch but can't get this one to work. I am getting the comm port recognized but cannot capture the NMEA string, No GPS message is coming through. The GPS does work on the TSIP port with the Trimble TSC1 computer with Trimble's software. I have tried just about every comm/baud/parity combo available to no avail.

I am using the AGgps 122 cables to connect the Pathfinder to the IPAQ/otterbox. Is it possible I need a null modem in this picture, or do I not have the correct NMEA strings streaming from the receiver??

I know something is pulsing to the IPAQ, I can see the screen flicker that is common when I need to select a different comm port for SST Stratus.

Any help is appreciated.
