Do you use a air reel on your header. Found them to be one of the biggest savers of beans out there. I think they pay for themselves easily, that is one place I would start if I were you. I would also use a landroller which I have found to really help cut closer to the ground. Once you cut bean that have been rolled you will be sold. summersmfg.com will have pictures of the land rollers and crary air reels are reel of choice in this area, although aws makes a good product also. I have had both brands.
