At pollination, that ear is as big as it's going to get. Actually, the ear size was determined some time ago. Now, the only question to answer is how many kernels will fertilize, and how many kernels will abort. Kernel depth and kernel weight are yet to be determined, but that ear won't grow.

What you see is what you got at this point.
