Kelly, talk to RMA. They don't like unpaid claims. Also call the underwriter. This is hard to do, as the agent will tell you that you can't talk to them. Bull. You can talk to them.
Remember that "No" simply means begin again at the next highest level.
Record all names and dates of any contact with the agent, company, and RMA.
