As long as your seedbed is weed free at plantingtime i would think that a fall frost would get rid of any seedling broadleaves. Then next spring as the bromegrass starts to grow you could use a light rate of tordon to keep it clean. If you get a good early established stand this fall you should get a nice cutting of heavy hay next summer. Good Luck!
