Lapel, In		Any trick to keep onions from getting so darned hot(strong)? Soil?? Water?? Variety?? Cultural practices?? Aren't your onions very mild like the Vadalias(sp?) of Georgia? Can't read your calipers. How big are they?Oh I see now. 5" WOW !
