Decided on the pistol. I will likely be using it on calves that I find sick while riding the four wheeler anyway. I found the pistol to be fair priced. At least one live calf will buy it and a starter kit. If it doesn't suit me, I can always buy a rifle and put the pistol on AT+ or craigslist. So what do you guys use for target practice??? Round bales?
