You guys have better luck then I do getting cattle to eat corn stalk bales, I even grind em and cattle pick at it in the bunk, specially feeder cattle, only thing I like cornstalks for is for making windbreaks and bedding. I prefer bean stubble bales to grind vs cornstalks, even the feeder cattle will clean up the bean hay in the bunk.
I just rake ours togther also, so mainly getting shucks and leaves.
