Columbia City, Indiana | Wow, those kind of numbers blow me away! The small butcher shop I use kills 12-14 head of cattle every Monday and anywhere from 5-20 hogs every Wednesday. And it's a booming business! I can't imagine 2,400 EVERY day. Just the number of semi's bringing cattle into a place that large would be incredible. Probably takes full time staff in the parking lot just to coordinate unloading and lining up and everything. | |
