West Central Iowa
From my experience it seems to be a good product. Every year I retain ownership of my non-replacement feeder calves in a custom feedlot where cattle are co-mingled. The past few years I have started feeding the 1/2 lb rate of CTC five days before delivery in hopes of a smoother transition as they are exposed to new bugs on a new ration in a new place. When the data comes back my pull rate for treatment has been less than the pen average. I don't know if I can attribute any of my success at all to the CTC but it is a fairly inexpensive way to try and minimize health risk.
