I have good luck with SMZ caplets-sulfa pills and penicillin or excede. Excede is a 1 time shot and its easy. Also makes a difference on the replacer you are using-with some replacers a looser stool is acceptable. We use Velocity from Kent Feeds and love it a little more expensive but to me its worth it for the less troubles to deal with
