NC Indiana | What happens when he dies or you get hurt and can't do it any more? I'm not saying that to be mean or wish anything bad on either of you, but it can and does happen. Will he have heirs that want grain cash rent type money or will they want to be involved w/ the cattle. And can you get a long w/ this person(s)? Do you have family that needs taken care of in the event of your passing? I'm just saying there's more to this than "hey I have land and you have cattle, lets get together on this." Could be a sweet deal or a nightmare. | |
