Subject: Needing herd expansion advice

Southern Illinois (Belle Rive)
I am talking with a farmer who is wanting to get back into the cattle buisness with me as a partner. He has the land that is now in crop land. It is perfect for cattle but needs all the old fences cleared out and new fences put in. As well as working and beding areas need built. I already have cattle and am well equipt to take on more load. He is an older man and can't do much work. I am young and willing to do the work of building fence and caring for them What would be a good and fair arrangement between us. From start up cost to yearly cost. I already have all farm equipment needed to do this and sell livestock feed and equipment for what little that helps with cost. Also I have several nice yearling heifers to start a herd . Is anyone doing this or has some good ideas.
