South Central Kansas, Harper County | After it is all said and done, there is only one gate I wish we would have added. We only have one gate leading out into our lane that leads to the pasture. We have already had to shuffle calves from one pen to another, in order to run cows from the lane into the working facility alleyway. Readily remedied, as I just have to cut one panel, and weld a gate in. I do have several extra gates. When I'm finished, I will be able to move cattle into the pens from two different spots. In the meantime, I can work around it, until I have time to make the modification. Who knows, I may think of another area I need a gate!(lol). I always told my son, you can never have too many gates! :-) |
