Have you considered a vertical auger TMR mixer?  I was going to suggest a bale processor until you mentioned adding a byproduct and feeding in fence line bunks, if you are considering that you can buy a decent used vertical auger TMR mixer for what a good bale processor costs and it would allow you to do a better job of mixing the DDGs, grain, silage or whatever else with your hay.
