It's true of all cows. Beef from these white fat cows is usually marketed through buffett type chain restaurants. Also the ribeyes from these white fat cows are called no rolls. Many restaurants buy these no rolls because they are cheaper and they want to keep the cost down. This usually leads to a poor eating expirence.
