So why get tied up in horse business if your not interested? Considering horses are a pain in neck to feed, can't just eat any old hay, different ages and performance levels require different grain types. You gotta have separate pastures for mares, geldings, bad tempered bully horses, and don't even think about dealing with stallions if your not horse experienced...
If your still thinkin about it then consider horse owners you'll have deal with. I've seen barn owners have to deal from oneextreme to another... From horse owners that show up once every six months to pay board to owner of the mut bred, post. Legged, one eyed, brainless steed that tries to tell the barn owner, other boarders, and even the vet what they should be doing with their barn and everyone elses horses.
If your still thinking about it after reading all this good luck, your really gonna need it.
