NEWTON, IL (SE IL.)
There is no possible way the ag industry can change every-one over in time. I'm just one dealer, and I'll have over two-hundered units to update. Fifteen days left in the month, 13.33 units per day? I don't think so!! Maybe if we had ablolutely nothing else to do. What about the guys who drag their feet to bring me the units in? What about the guys who are not local? The problem is that the manufacturers didn't start on this problem early enough. Us dealers will be the a$$holes though because we didn't sell equipment that will work. One of my brands just made the new software available two weeks ago. They have the database of all the owners, but guess what, it's up to me to contact all my customers. I'm am very discouraged the way this whole fiasco is being handeled.
