South Central Kansas, Harper County | I've been grazing crop residues, as well as wheat pasture for the past several years, in a complete notil situation. I havent noticed any further compaction problems or yield losses in my operation. Of course, I don't remember any extended wet periods that may have caused me problems. I have noticed after about 7-8 years of notil, my fields support "weight" with alot less problems after rains. FWIW |
