You need to go to the lower pressure valve disk. Check to see if the valve is cracked. Plastic valves and fittings are not like pipe fittings, you need to use a good pipe joint compound or tape and screw them tight and don't over tighten them as they will crack. I've done it myself, when I've seen one dripping and tightened it more and cracked them. Another thing to check is the float. Check and see if float has water in it or catching on the water's top and not floating high enough to completely shut off water . Best of luck to you.
