Subject: ritchie waterer float problems

Ne Indiana
I have a 2 hole foutain I can't keep from overflowing. It is a ct2-2000 it has the white disk to seal it, its energy free. The valve will slowly drip. I have replaced the valve and float three months ago. It solved the problem then, but it started doing it again today. Have a green valve installed. Pressure at well tank is 50 psi. The fountain is about 300 feet from the well. The green valve is rated for 60-80 psi. Just think a vavle should last more than 3 months. Have cleaned the valve and turned over the rubber disk inside. The fountain has 45 fat cattle on it. I am in northern IN. I have another identical fountain 50 feet from this one in another lot with no problems. Thanks for any ideas.
