Thinking about making a feed bunk out of an old bale elevator. Couple questions. Does anyone else have one? What did you use to get it off of the ground. Do they waste much in this?? Any experiences would be helpful.
Also using the bunks with grain only and with weaned calves through an Iowa winter. Usually sell the calves Feb or March. TIA
