Has anyone tried moving the chopper out of the way and just baling the windrow of husks and cobs that comes out? I'm picking with an 8 row head and it should make a decent windrow. I have always heard that the husks are the most nutritious part anyway. It just needs to be able to at least make a decent round bale although, I don't want to chase it down all day. Thanks.
