DDG is protein about 20% so anything you add to it evon corn brings the protein rate down so why us corn which is about 7% protien, use a filler. I use soy hulls , but cotton seed hulls works . But all you need is a cheap filler. Try to come up with a ration 15% or less I am using a 12% ration . 15% ration is on the hot side for beef.
