Thank you. I really tried to be nice about it because I was pretty sure they were not responsible. What I wish they could have done: was try one themselves, declare them uneatable and take them off the menu.
I'm sure the grocery store or locker plant could have provided boneless loins.
This is what happens when there are no longer pork producer groups.
